Life After Oberlin

I don't know where to begin. Our early life seems so far away... Steve and I married in 1971. I moved to New Haven and worked while Steve finished graduate school. We moved to Philadelphia in 1974 and have been in Philadelphia since then... I was a potter from 1974 till our children were born. It was easier to build a piano studio once the kids were born... We lived in the city until 1989 when Philadelphia went bankrupt. Then we moved to the suburbs, which I hated... We raised our kids out here..

Steve retired from the Federal Reserve Board of Go

I remember you from the Conservatory even though we were not friends. Your life sound very exciting to me. Sharing your music and playing chamber music sounds so wonderful. ANd teaching at Peabody must have been very rewarding. I have taught piano in my neighborhood for many years. I hope that slowing down will be just as rewarding for you,
